Filet Mignon -- A decadent grilled eight-ounce filet. All filets to be grilled to one specified temperature.

New York Steak -- USDA Choice, aged beef grilled to perfection. All steaks to be grilled to one specified temperature.

Chicken Marsala -- Tender chicken breast grilled and served with a delicious mushroom garlic sauce.

Chicken Cordon Bleu -- Boneless breast, stuffed with Swiss cheese and ham,
