Friendly service by a banquet team that keeps track of the details and shares your enthusiasm for your big day: We know the planning that is required for a wedding and Becky Elefsrud can serve as your on-site coordinator. She'll be there for the rehearsal and the wedding itself; she'll help you with your scheduling.
You can hold a wedding and/or reception at Sierra Lakes any day of the week. We can handle as many as 300 guests in our sumptuous banquet room and have space for dancing as well. If you choose to have a wedding at the gazebo, we can seat 240 guests at the site.
The food packages for your wedding will range from $38.95 to $67.95, depending on the entrees and whether you would like a buffet or a sit-down dinner. Beverage packages are extra. “We have a full-service bar that features everything from beer to elegant cordials for after-dinner drinks,” says Elefsrud. “And we have a lovely selection of wine.”

Confirmation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $800-1000 is required to reserve
the date, and does apply to the balance of your event.
Final Payment: Forty percent of the final payment for your event is due 120 days in advance. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Both payments are non-refundable. Sierra Lakes Golf Club requires a credit card account number to be on file in case additional charges occur on the day of the event.
Minimums: Food and/or number of guest minimums are required on certain dates.
Guest Guarantees: The actual guest count must be received 14 days before the event, or the estimated guest count becomes your guarantee. Any additional guests will be charged at the per-guest rate per Wedding Reception Package and must be paid for the day of the event.
Availability and Hours: Weddings and wedding receptions can be held any day of the week. Receptions can be held for four hours with additional hours if available at $400 per hour. Receptions are held during the day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. or during the evening from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Additional Hours: Client agrees to vacate Sierra Lakes Golf Club facility at the contracted closing time. In case the facility is occupied past the contracted time, the client agrees to pay $400 per hour past closing time.
Service Charge and Sales Tax: Sierra Lakes adds a service charge of 18 percent and a sales tax of 8.75 percent to all food and beverage charges, ceremony fees, and room rental fees (California State Board of Equalization Regulation No. 1603).
Decorations: Sierra Lakes will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings of the banquet rooms. For glitter, rice or confetti, a clean-up fee of $300 will be charged.
Liability. Sierra Lakes is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property brought onto the premises.
